1. About these terms
Last Cone is provided by Last Cone Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17473002), registered office Gorsefarm, Newbourne Road, Waldringfield, Suffolk, IP12 4PS, United Kingdom. “We”, “us” and “the operator” mean Last Cone Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact support@lastcone.co.uk with questions.
2. Who may use Last Cone
Accounts are intended for adults acting as coaches, authorised club representatives or other responsible team staff. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method, device and recovery details secure.
3. Your authority and player information
You are responsible for ensuring that you and your club have an appropriate lawful reason and authority to enter and use team and player information. Enter only the information needed for football coaching and Matchday administration. Do not enter medical diagnoses, home addresses, private contact details or other unnecessary sensitive material.
4. Team access
Head coaches control invitations and team access. Invite only authorised adults and remove access promptly when a coach leaves. Each person must use their own account. Do not share passwords or access another person’s account.
5. Matchday responsibility
Last Cone helps record fixtures, playing time and match events, but it does not replace a coach’s judgement, competition rules, safeguarding obligations, first-aid procedures or official match records. Check the timer, squad and final report for accuracy. Player safety always takes priority over an app recommendation or fairness indicator.
If you have a safeguarding concern about a child, contact your club welfare officer or your county FA’s safeguarding team. In an emergency, call 999. You can report misuse of Last Cone to support@lastcone.co.uk.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Last Cone unlawfully, deceptively or to harm another person;
- attempt to bypass team permissions or access data you are not authorised to see;
- upload malicious material, probe the service or interfere with its operation;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it;
- use reports to publicly shame, rank or profile children unfairly.
7. Pilot and service availability
Pilot versions may contain faults and may change before general release. We aim to protect stored Matchday information and provide offline continuity, but no service is guaranteed to be available without interruption. Keep any records your club is independently required to maintain.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and billed by them.
- Price: £2.99 per month. The price is shown in the app before you buy, and may vary slightly outside the UK due to local pricing and taxes.
- Free trial: new subscribers get a 30-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and you will be charged £2.99 per month.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal, in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Price changes: we will tell you in advance, and a new price will only apply from your next renewal after notice.
9. Reports and exports
You may use and share reports for legitimate team and coaching purposes. Before sharing, check the recipient, remove information they do not need and follow your club’s safeguarding and privacy rules.
10. Intellectual property
Last Cone and its original software, design and branding belong to the operator or its licensors. You retain responsibility for information you enter. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronise and present that information solely to provide and protect the service.
11. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using Last Cone and request account deletion. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, data or the service, investigate misuse or comply with law. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a route to challenge a mistake.
12. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Last Cone is a coaching-administration aid and is not responsible for decisions that remain the coach’s or club’s responsibility, or for loss caused by unauthorised use, unsupported devices or circumstances outside reasonable control.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and give at least 14 days’ notice of material changes.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any mandatory consumer rights and rights to bring a claim in another applicable UK jurisdiction are unaffected.
